Welcome To Focus Training
Focus Training (Anglia) ltd provides specialist training primarily in the care industry. We deliver over 40 courses ranging from Health and safety, First aid and manual handling to more specialised courses such as Dementia and Challenging Behaviours.
We also deliver courses on the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty and NHS Funded Continuing Health Care. Our experienced trainers can come out to your location to provide the training.
Focus direct is our distance based learning scheme, we currently have 12 courses on offer, and the material is sent out to the candidate with a work book to be completed, ideal for small business with limited numbers of employees.
The final aspect of the company is the NVQ’s in Health and Social Care, and the Leadership and Management Award. We have recently received funding for the NVQ’s up to and including level 4 so we can check to see if your staff are legible for free qualifications.
